Practice Manager

Shelley Johnson CVPM Shelley has been working with Animal Clinic since 1990. She began as a veterinary assistant and was promoted to Office Manager in 1994. Through veterinary practice management training and education, Shelley prepared for and became a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager in 2005. She is a full time Practice Administrator who enjoys the people as much as the patients of Animal Clinic.

Technicians

Arley Sall Arley is the Veterinary Technician department leader. Arley began working in 2002 as a kennel assistant. Arley’s commitment to leading the tech department is a priority only second to excellent patient care!
Carol VanLaan Carol has been a Veterinary Assistant with Animal Clinic since 1995. Carol is a part time employee with a full time heart for our patients.
Jennifer Childress Jennifer has been with Animal Clinic since 1997. She began working in the kennel department and was promoted into the technician department. She is our pharmacy/inventory manager and keeps our shelves stocked and ready for our patients. Jennifer just recently completed a Nursing Degree and is a RN. Way to go, Jen!
Karen Bolt LVT Karen has been with Animal Clinic since 1981. She is a Licensed Veterinary Technician from Michigan State. Karen has many responsibilities with Animal Clinic and she has an uncanny ability to recall nearly every patient she has ever worked with! Other talents include the ability to read the Doctor’s handwriting when others cannot!
Nancy Ortman LVT Nancy is a Licensed Veterinary Technician out of Baker College/Muskegon. She began working with Animal Clinic in the kennel department in 2007 and was attending school while she worked and gained experience.

Support Staff

Amy Bostwick Amy has been a familiar face in our customer care/reception area. Amy has been with Animal Clinic since 1996. When she joined our practice she had brought with her about 14 years of experience from another veterinary practice out of state. Amy has been a leader in ancillary efforts for the clinic such as a volunteer for Wildlife Rehab as well as leading the Mel Trotter Holiday Gift effort from Animal Clinic.
Alexis Bremmer Alexis has been working in our kennel department since 2006. Alexis was promoted to department leader and has provided excellent support for her work group. She is an excellent communicator and is always takes great care with our patients!
Chris Deleon
Ms. Autumn Kintz Autumn joined Animal Clinic in 2008 in the kennel department. Her commitment to getting the job done right and "patients first" attitude are a wonderful contribution to our team.
Carrie Senneker
Trudi Vredeveld Trudi has been working at Animal Clinic since 1983. She is an excellent liaison for our clients and our care team. Trudi is the receptionist department leader and has provided wonderful leadership for many employees.
Ms. Stacy Waid
Mr. Kurt Fennema Kurt joined the Animal Clinic team during the summer of 2009. He is a full-time student at Grand Valley State University. He is a part time employee and who hopes to one day attend veterinary school to become a veterinarian.
